Founder, Lou Pagano, comes from culinary royalty. His father was an iconic restauranteur in 1950’s Los Angeles. A then young Lou Pagano remembers seeing the “who’s who” of the Hollywood scene frequent his father’s place while he learned the secrets of simple food prepared fresh.
Having started the Fisherman’s family of restaurants in the Coachella Valley with their late partner Bill Mortz, the Pagano family is very excited to bring the same traditions to Little Fishermen’s throughout Southern California.
